Find Your GeniusLos Alumnos de Segundo Grado LO NECESITAN!!
[email protected] Please help us as we assess our community resources. Email [email protected], if you can help. We'd love lots of people from our community to present their passions to the classroom, and perhaps commit to helping our students develop their passions in the same area. Read more below.

Check out our games tonight, and invest in the ones that you feel will bring the most joy to our community.

We are focused on What is happening, What might happen next, and Who are our Characters. And Word Work: Students receive new word patterns every week on their spelling level, which is assessed periodically. They sort their words based on the patterns they see and hear, and then illustrate and write sentences with the words throughout the week. On Friday we end with a quiz. This is a 15-20 minutes daily activity. Reading Groups: Students are mixed throughout the grade level by reading level. They read, discuss and write about new books every day, and focus on new spelling patterns and sight words. Inside Exploration: Students are learning how to play creatively, cooperate, listen and communicate with each other, and extend their academic learning...
